  • How long will it take to switch?

    Your existing ISP's cancellation notice period will determine how long the switching process will take, as we will need to wait until your current service is cancelled. You can request that they release the line as soon as possible after cancellation.

    As soon as they release your line, we will complete the switch. Should you receive confirmation that the line is released before we activate your service, you can let us know so we can speed up the process.
